Spangle is a surface morphology of hot-dip pure zinc coil. When the steel strip passes through the zinc pot, the surface is coated with liquid zinc, and then during the natural solidification of the zinc layer, the nucleation of zinc grains grows. Zinc flower appeared.
The large zinc spangle galvanized coil is to add spangle promoting elements in the zinc pot, so that after the cold rolled coil is out of the zinc pot, the surface zinc layer solidifies to form a beautiful large spangle.
The biggest difference between the large spangle galvanized coil and the ordinary galvanized coil is the size of the spangle. Therefore, large spangle galvanized coils are generally used directly, and are rarely painted to make PPGI.
